Racing shafts are a simple yet effective tuning upgrade for any rotary valve engine. These shafts increase engine rpm, giving you more agility and liveliness. Compared to an original crankshaft, a racing shaft has significantly longer intake times, allowing for more fuel to be filled into the cylinder. Results: These racing shafts offer remarkable performance and do not need to be matched with a tuned cylinder; better performance is achieved when used with the original cylinder.

**Advice:**
- It is essential to use new bearings, crankshaft sealing rings and key.
- We recommend using a new set of gaskets, clutch and flywheel nut.
- A great addition would be a touring cylinder and exhaust system, such as SIP Road, SITO Plus or SIP Performance.
- Adjust ignition and carburetor jets.
