The engine is a horizontal single cylinder type with 4 valves and a single camshaft.

Displacement: 187.2 cc

Cooling system: Oil/Air

Bore and stroke: 62 x 62 mm

6-disc clutch in oil bath

Intake valves: 24.5mm x 2

Exhaust valves: 21mm x 2

Start: Kick starter

Starting possible only with the gear engaged

The engine features a new small rotor ignition, designed to reduce flywheel masses and minimize stress on the crankshaft.

The ignition system is not mappable.

Additionally, a new system for the starter gear and primary ring gear has been introduced.

The gearbox is a 4-speed with N-1-2-3-4 configuration and transmission ratios:
