Aluminum cylinder and barrel with Nikasil coating by Gilardoni
Bore diameter 69mm, 7 transfers, fits both 57mm and 60mm stroke with the supplied shims
Phases: intake ~118°, exhaust ~176°
Double-ring aluminum alloy piston with double-cone pin
Aluminum head with radial fins for better cooling, with recessed squish band and 8 fixing points plus viton o-rings
Central spark plug for better combustion
Complete paper cylinder gasket kit with various aluminum thicknesses for the cylinder head and base to be able to mount the cylinder with both 57 and 60mm stroke and to be able to choose the best timing for your engine
Exhaust manifold in galvanized steel screwed to the cylinder with Viton O-ring seal.
The cylinder can also be mounted with the electric starter ring by filing the external part of the transfer port.
The cylinder boasts an innovative exhaust design, the result of extensive research and testing conducted by the VMC team.
This particular configuration optimizes the torque curve, ensuring smooth and powerful acceleration for an exhilarating driving experience.
To maintain this high level of performance, we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND modifying the shape of the exhaust.
We recommend combining the cylinder kit with a good quality advanced crankshaft and a carburetor with a minimum diameter of 24mm to achieve adequate performance.
