BGM coupling sprockets are bulletproof. Developed for the enormous power and torque of today's engines, they are manufactured from high-alloy steel (SCM415 / 15 CrMo 5) to the highest production standards. The enormous strength of the base material (up to 1100N/mm2, HRC 58-62) provides a safe and reassuring basis for the production of BGM sprockets.

The production meets the high standards of Honda transmission production. Each individual part receives a test report. RGB thus has a permanent and continuous quality guarantee.

The characteristic feature of BGM sprockets is their black colour and the practical writing indicating the number of teeth that the sprocket itself has and for which primary wheel it is suitable.

Particularly interesting is the sprocket with 24 teeth. It fits all engines that are equipped ex works with a sprocket/wheel combination 23/65. These are all 200cc engines of the PX200, Rally 200. An exception are the Cosa 200 models with 21/68. Here the sprockets offered here do not fit.

With 24 teeth it has a longer gear ratio and offers a gear change for a higher top speed by simply changing the sprocket. On the other hand, with the 22-tooth sprocket the reduction can be reduced, ideal for city or speed-oriented concepts.

The BGM clutch sprockets are the perfect complement to the indestructible BGM Superstrong clutch.

All BGM Superstrong clutches with 22, 23 and 24 teeth are factory-equipped with this sprocket. It can be combined with all Cosa2 clutch types (recognizable by at least 8 spring seats).

As a lubricant we recommend BGM Pro Street gear oil (BGM2025, compliant with API GL-3 specification).
