Cancellation and Return Policies

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled if they are not yet in the "preparing" status.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Return with Return Charged by the Customer

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

By entering the initial shipping DDT.

The shipment must be returned within 7 days of the return confirmation received via email.

Italy

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

We offer a collection service at the customer's home (valid only for Italy). The cost of the collection is €10 (flat rate) and will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

For heavy items (>20 kg) an additional cost will be calculated based on the courier's estimate.

In the case of particularly bulky or heavy goods, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge, after notifying the customer.

Europe

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

We also offer a collection service for customers within the European Union. The cost of collection is customized based on the location and weight of the package, with a minimum fee of €15.

For heavy items (>20kg), additional costs will be applied based on the courier's estimate.

Returns outside the EU

We do not currently offer a return service for shipments outside the European Union.

Wrong Item Exchange

For the exchange of an item, we will issue a voucher of equal value to the returned goods, which can be used for a new purchase on our site.

The voucher will be sent once the returned goods have been received and verified.

Company Returns

For those with a vendor/reseller account, all sales are final.

It will not be possible to return items purchased by mistake.

Initial Shipping Costs

Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if you cancel your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

In case of partial or total return of the order, the initial shipping costs and cash on delivery costs will not be refunded.

Damaged products or products with missing parts

If you receive a damaged product or missing parts, please report it to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

After this deadline, no requests for replacement or integration can be accepted.
