How can I pay for my order?

We offer various payment methods, including:

  • Credit Card: Visa, Master Card
  • PayPal
  • Alma Pay
  • Other country-specific methods and digital wallets

How can I recover the VAT I have deducted?

You cannot reclaim VAT if you are not a VAT registered EU customer.

With VAT number it will be requested and checked at the time of registration.

What do I need to enable cash on delivery?

If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery day, you can leave instructions for the postman or provide another delivery address.

The maximum amount for cash on delivery orders is €4999.

The pass is valid for companies only

Why is the list price I see without discount / wrong?

We always check the correctness of the prices during the order verification and shipping process.

If the price shown is lower than the correct price, we will contact you for confirmation.

If the discounted price is not present it is because there is no possibility of discounts for that product

Invoice Request

To receive an invoice, provide your tax code and select the corresponding option during purchase.

Make sure you enter the correct information for issuing the tax document.

For orders placed by companies or professionals, fill in the appropriate fields in the registration form.

Invoices will not be issued to customers who have not requested it during purchase.
