Innovation "Made in Italy"! MAZZUCCHELLI known as the first Italian crankshaft manufacturer, announces its own special series of 54 mm crankshafts. The 54 mm crankshafts at the starting point are the secret of high performance tuning of the engine. The longer stroke equals a higher capacity and a higher capacity equals a higher efficiency. The closed crankweb leads to a higher initial compression. Spacers (thicker head and/or base gaskets) make up for the longer stroke. That allows you to play with the timing.

MAZZUCCHELLI crankshafts go first in class thanks to high quality production. Exact torsion and turning performance for this new series is made possible by using the best materials the market has to offer. All 54 mm crankshafts are equipped with a stable connecting rod with mathematical precision partial polishing and a Silver bearing (remarkable stable acceleration) for the lower connecting rod bearing. Crank webs are equipped with additional sealed balance wells with Pertinax inlets to improve the flow of hot gases. Both have 87 mm crankwebs. The crankshaft is available with a 20/20 or a 24/25 taper, and with a 97 mm or a 105 mm stem. The longer rod with the timing changes, too. It is recommended to level the longer stroke - rod (51 mm > 54 mm) and longer (97 mm -> 105 mm) by means of a thicker base gasket!

ATTENTION: For the 54mm Mazzuchelli crankshaft, you will need crankcase and crankcase mill housing in shape! Crankshafts can only be used in combination with a direct intake or enlarged reed valve intake.
