Full Circle crankshafts are used in engines with direct intake racing cylinders or in connection with reed valve sockets. A Full Circle crankshaft increases rpm in all ranges, engines show more pep and agility with a higher power output. This high quality Full Circle crankshaft from the Italian manufacturer MAZZUCCHELLI, has minimal production tolerances and reduced bearing play. A real guarantee for stability in different high speed ranges and absolute durability. A Full Circle crankshaft, in comparison to original crankshaft, has a closed shaft flange. Precompression is higher, crankcase turbulence is reduced. A polished connecting rod cut and lower connecting rod bearing as silver bearing meet higher requirements. All crankshafts are supplied with upper connecting rod bearing. Ideal use in connection with direct intake such as the 136 cc MALOSSI or PARMAKITS. When used with other cylinders, a reed valve manifold is necessary, this also requires the crankcase intake to be enlarged to fit, whereby the closing flange does not close the socket. In older 50cc engines, the pre-compression plate is often defective. Another situation where a reed valve manifold with a full circle crankshaft can save a crankcase from being trashed.
