HOW THE SeizureStop PRODUCT WORKS:

After the assembly of the engine parts, at the first start-up all the components that slide on each other undergo a rubbing phase of the contact surfaces.
(running-in phase) which causes high friction between the surfaces themselves,
with the microscopic removal of roughness peaks that can cause micro-jams and/or influence the friction and smoothness of the surfaces and/or affect the entire duration and life of the components subject to wear (see photo of the new part and after running-in).

The action of the SeizureStop product applied during the assembly of the engine parts (new engine or after overhaul) promotes the adaptation of the contact surfaces thanks to the action of the solid lubricants which are positioned between the sliding surfaces.

In this way, the surface roughnesses adapt to the mutual movement without causing micro-jamming or micro-wear that could compromise the correct functioning of the engine components from the first start. For this reason, it can be said that the SeizureStop product reduces the initial frictions that subsequently influence the entire life of the engine parts, thus contributing to improving their performance and overall duration.
