RS24 SHOCK ABSORBER
Regenerable oleopneumatic shock absorber with bi-laminated piston and diaphragm compensation.
- Piston Ø 36 mm with two independent reed valves: one in extension and one in compression; reed valve system in harmonic steel with leaf spring configuration
- Piston guide shoe type LUBRIFLON-PTFE B70 (bronze-filled modified compound)
- Sliding on DU GUIDE bush (composite obtained by sintering a layer of spheroidal bronze on a suitably processed mild steel strip and with subsequent impregnation and coating of a PTFE+PB mixture)
- SEALTHANE Grade 9345 Polyester Resin Scraper Ring
- Shock absorber rod Ø 14 mm in 38NCD4 alloy steel, hardened and tempered with 25/30 micron thick hard chrome deposit (surface hardness of the shaft not yet treated HRC 55/60)
