HOW PADS ARE APPROVED MALOSSI?

To obtain this certification the MALOSSI PADS must pass several road tests performed on the vehicle for which they are intended. During these tests, efficiency is verified through a series of cold and stress braking tests to evaluate the pad's resistance and braking capacity at different speeds. Sensitivity tests are also performed to assess the pressure variation required to achieve the same deceleration value at three different speeds. In addition to road tests, the pad material is also subjected to laboratory tests, such as compression and shear strength.

Malossi has obtained the certificationE/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505 Regulation No. 90Thanks to the collaboration of Dekra, a true giant in the certification sector. The vehicle tests were carried out by Dekra inspectors at the Balocco Proving Ground and at the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo.and exceeded the ECE R90 standard by a wide margin!
