Installation information for models equipped with a factory fuel gauge: For models with the original fuel gauge that are intended for installation with a quick-flow fuel valve, a new fuel valve that includes an electric reserve indicator is not required. Simply use the SIP quick-flow fuel valve (#15878100). The signal required for this function is transmitted using the scooter's existing wiring harness.

The SIP Fast Flow 2.0 fuel tap is based on a newly developed mold, the only way to realize our new features. A spring-loaded valve piece ensures uniform contact pressure, and the valve itself has been given a wider shape optimized for maximum flow. The vent tube introduced by Piaggio is no longer necessary. The filter mesh has an ideal flow rate: not too coarse—dirt and debris are reliably retained—but not too fine—flow is not reduced. Naturally, there's also an oil- and gasoline-resistant rubber seal and, as is evident, a further increased flow rate.

The supplied tap rod lever is high-quality, featuring a design based on the original and an aluminum lever head. The lever is 200 mm long and therefore fits all small-displacement Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3 models. However, it can easily be shortened to 165 mm—the length of the PX/T5/PK models.

Thanks to its perfect finish, the fuel tap is also ideal for everyday motorcyclists.

Conclusion: our Evo version, the SIP Fast Flow 2.0 fuel tap. Whether in the normal or reserve position, the flow rate of the SIP Fast Flow 2.0 fuel tap is always significantly higher than that of the original tap.
