Innovation "Made in Italy"! MAZZUCCHELLI, known as the leading Italian crankshaft manufacturer, announces its own special series of 54 mm crankshafts. The 54 mm crankshafts at the starting point are the secret to high-performance engine tuning. The longer stroke equals greater capacity, and greater capacity equals higher efficiency. The closed crankweb results in higher initial compression. Spacers (thicker head and/or base gaskets) make up for the longer stroke, allowing you to play with the timing.

MAZZUCCHELLI crankshafts are top of the class thanks to high-quality manufacturing. This new series achieves precise torsion and cornering performance using the best materials available. All 54mm crankshafts feature a stable connecting rod with precise partial polishing and a silver bearing (remarkably stable acceleration) for the lower connecting rod bearing. The crank webs feature additional sealed balance shafts with Pertinax inlets to improve hot gas flow. Both have 87mm crankwebs. The crankshaft is available with a 20/20 or 24/25 taper, and with a 97mm or 105mm stem. The longer stem also changes the stroke. We recommend smoothing out the longer stroke - stem (51mm > 54mm) and longer stroke (97mm > 105mm) by using a thicker base gasket!

ATTENTION: For the 54mm Mazzuchelli crankshaft, you will need a crankcase and crankcase that fit! Crankshafts can only be used in conjunction with a direct intake or enlarged reed valve intake.
