Full-circle crankshafts are used in engines with direct-intake racing cylinders or in conjunction with reed valve jacks. A full-circle crankshaft increases rpm in all ranges, offering more pep and agility with superior power. This high-quality full-circle crankshaft from the Italian manufacturer MAZZUCCHELLI has minimal manufacturing tolerances and reduced bearing play. It is a true guarantee of stability across various high-speed ranges and absolute durability. Compared to a stock crankshaft, a full-circle crankshaft has a closed shaft flange. Precompression is higher, reducing crankcase turbulence. A polished connecting rod and lower connecting rod bearing (silver bearing) meet the highest requirements. All crankshafts are supplied with upper connecting rod bearings. Ideal for use with direct-intake engines such as the 136 cc MALOSSI or PARMAKITS. When used with other cylinders, a reed manifold is required, which also requires the crankcase intake to be widened to accommodate it, so the closing flange does not close the intake. In older 50cc engines, the precompression plate is often defective. Another situation where a reed valve manifold with a full-circle crankshaft can save a crankcase from being trashed is a good one.
Results: Extremely durable and high-quality workmanship. Full-circle crankshafts are a must for cylinders with direct intake, such as MALOSSI , PARMAKIT and Quattrini, or for highly modified intake manifolds for the 130cc POLINI .
