VMC GS60-R 144cc Ø 60mm cylinder kit for 51mm stroke, side spark plug.
This cylinder was born from the experience of the VMC team in Endurance racing with vintage scooters.
The GS60-R kit has the ambition of being able to define itself as the top of the cast iron cylinders aspirated by the crankcase currently on the market.

Double-ring aluminum alloy piston with 1mm chrome-plated steel rings
Built-in die-cast aluminum head, ideal for mounting the cylinder even with a 54mm stroke
It is equipped with 51mm stroke crankshafts and 97mm connecting rods.
This kit guarantees a significant increase in performance when compared to the GS 58-S
When combined with the Vmc Siluro muffler, it becomes an engine with power always available while maintaining the reliability of the original engine with a classic look and sound.

Attention: To be mounted on Piaggio crankcases it is necessary to eliminate the half-moon on the crankcase base and bore the cylinder mouth on the crankcase with a diameter of 64mm for a depth of approximately 8mm to allow the cylinder liner to enter the crankcase.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO THIS OPERATION WITH A MANUAL CUTTER USING THE STEEL GUIDE SUPPLIED WITH THE KIT BY SCREWING IT INTO THE CYLINDER STUD HOLES.
Attention: Does not fit flywheels with toothed ring for electric start
