The BGM BigBox Touring is the steam tour of our program.

Developed for full thrust from the cellar at low speed.

Ideal for all original engines or for moderately tuned cylinders such as BGM177 but also DR135/177, Pinasco or Polini 177.

Early power delivery and significantly increased torque make the Touring version of our BigBox the ideal companion for anyone who likes to travel as a couple or with a lot of luggage. Team riders will be equally happy. The high torque available eliminates the otherwise mandatory shortening of the gear reduction!

Like the original Vespa exhaust, the BigBox is naturally double-walled and equipped with insulating wool.

Please note: Choose the main jet approximately 4-6 numbers larger than the original exhaust.

TIP: Overbred engines whose cylinders have excessively long steering angles are also perfectly drivable with this exhaust!

The manifold is mounted to the cylinder using a clamp. This provides greater stability than a loose installation with an O-ring seal and prevents damage to the exhaust flange. For optimal ground clearance, avoid using a spacer that is too short on the rear shock absorber.

Conclusion: Lots of steam at low engine speeds – yes!
