Cancellation and Return Policies
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled if they are not yet in the "preparing" status.
If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Return with Return Charged by the Customer
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The shipment must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation via email.
Italy
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
We offer a home collection service (valid for Italy only). The collection fee is €10 (a flat rate) and will be deducted from the total return amount.
For heavy items (>20 kg) an additional cost will be calculated based on the courier's estimate.
In the case of particularly bulky or heavy goods, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge, after notifying the customer.
Europe
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
We also offer a collection service for customers within the European Union. The cost of collection varies based on location and package weight, with a minimum fee of €15.
For heavy items (>20 kg), additional charges will be applied based on the courier's estimate.
Returns outside the EU
We do not currently offer a return service for shipments outside the European Union.
Refunds
Italy
Once we receive the returned goods, we will verify their condition. If everything is in order, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. If paying by bank transfer, you will need to provide your IBAN to process the refund. (ITALY)
Europe
Refunds will be issued ONLY with a DISCOUNT VOUCHER. Refunds cannot be returned to the original payment method. (EUROPE)
Wrong Item Exchange
To exchange an item, we will issue a voucher of equal value to the returned goods, which can be used towards a new purchase on our site.
The voucher will be sent once the returned goods have been received and verified.

Company Returns
For those with a vendor/reseller account, all sales are final.
It will not be possible to return items purchased incorrectly.
Initial Shipping Costs
The initial shipping costs will be refunded only in case of cancellation of the order, provided that it has not yet been shipped.
In case of partial or total return of the order, the initial shipping costs and cash on delivery costs will not be refunded.
Products damaged or missing parts
If you receive a damaged or missing product, please report it to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
After this deadline, requests for replacement or additions cannot be accepted.
