The venturi hole is 26mm in diameter and fits perfectly on carburetors of this size. To adapt it to smaller carburetors, you need to file down the first section of the carburetor intake duct. To adapt it to carburetors with a diameter larger than 26mm, you need to file down the venturi slightly to match the carburetor's diameter.

Question: I have installed the following on my Vespa with a px200 engine. Malossi cylinder/piston 60mm crankshaft (221cc) MMW head Pinasco 26/26 ER VMC box air filter JL Left Hand exhaust fourth gear from T5 and, of course, your VMC air box filter. What main jet recommend ? What air brake jet do you recommend? What about spark plug? I use the bike in the city.
