The shape of the basic transfer ports is deliberately conservative so that it can also be mounted plug & play on crankcases without machining the base, the basic transfer ports can be widened to obtain a larger passage and obtain more performance.
The cylinder boasts an innovative exhaust design, the result of extensive research and testing conducted by the VMC team.
This particular configuration optimizes the torque curve, ensuring smooth and powerful acceleration for an exhilarating driving experience.
To maintain this high level of performance, we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND modifying the shape of the exhaust.
6-port cylinder made of high-quality spheroidal cast iron
Bore diameter 63mm
Phases: intake ~118°, exhaust ~176°
Vmc piston in aluminum alloy with double ring and double conical pin
Aluminum head with specific fin shape for better cooling, with recessed squish band and 8 fixing points
Side spark plug with central electrode position in the combustion chamber, for better combustion
Paper cylinder base gasket kit of different thicknesses
Steel exhaust manifold bolted to the cylinder with O-ring seal
We recommend combining the cylinder kit with a good quality advanced crankshaft and a muffler with the classic "pan" shape but of a new design.
