Aluminum cylinder and barrel with Nikasil coating by Gilardoni
Bore diameter 63mm, 7 transfers, fits both 57mm and 60mm strokes with the supplied spacers
Phases: intake ~118°, exhaust ~176°
Meteor piston in aluminum alloy double band with biconical pin
Aluminum head with specific fin shape for better cooling, with recessed squish band and 8 fixing points
Side spark plug with central electrode position in the combustion chamber, for better combustion
Complete paper cylinder gasket kit with various thicknesses for cylinder head and base to be able to mount the cylinder with both 57 and 60mm stroke and to be able to choose the best timing for your engine
Exhaust manifold in zinc-plated steel screwed to the cylinder with Viton O-ring seal.
The cylinder boasts an innovative exhaust design, the result of extensive research and testing conducted by the VMC team.
This particular configuration optimizes the torque curve, ensuring smooth and powerful acceleration for an exhilarating driving experience.
To maintain this high level of performance, it is STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED to modify the shape of the exhaust.
We recommend combining the cylinder kit with a good quality advanced crankshaft and a carburetor with a minimum diameter of 24mm to achieve adequate performance.
